i am in class 10 and want to become a psychologist but do not know how to go about it. is psychology available as a subject in the arts stream in +2? if so please recommend good colleges.

I would suggest you select a college that has a good psychology department. If you want to become a PsyD or PhD psychologist, you would need to attend graduate school after completing college.
