A good starting point would be to read the thread: Medical School Requirements

To summarize, you need to take the following classes in college:
1 year biology
1 year chemistry
1 year organic chemistry
1 year physics

And then you'd need to take the MCAT exam and apply to med school.

By "Cosmetic Surgeon", I'm assuming you are referring to a "Plastic Surgeon". I would assume they have residency and fellowship programs in Houston Texas to train for plastics. FYI, Plastic Surgery residency programs are extremely competitive. I think there are a few programs that you can do a 6 year program after medical school, but I think most plastics programs are fellowships after a general surgery residency (5 years general surgery plus 2 years of plastics fellowship) - as I'm not a surgeon, I'm not positive on that.

I'd say you need to first focus on doing well in college and studying those things you want to study. Medical school is a way's away, let alone a residency and fellowship.
